Mission & Vision
The Empire Arts Center is a non-profit multi-purpose facility located in downtown Grand Forks, North Dakota. Renovated in 1998, the Empire is a circa 1919 movie house renovated into a multi-use theater and gallery facility. The Empire Arts Center hosts a variety of theater productions, perfoming arts events, films, concerts, speakers, community events, and meetings throughout the year.

The Empire Arts Center promotes culture and lifelong learning by producing its own artistic programming while providing a distinctive, welcoming venue for the arts, businesses, and community of the upper Red River Valley.
